The Inaugural International Congress of Basic Science (ICBS)

The inaugural International Congress of Basic Science (ICBS) will be held in Beijing from July 16 to July 28, 2023, under the theme of "Advancing Science for Humanity." This historic event marks the first international congress for basic science wholly conceptualized and hosted within China. It will bring together leading scientists from around the world to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange. The Congress focuses on three branches of basic science: mathematics, theoretical physics, and theoretical computer and information sciences.
